Returns + Exchange

As all items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase only.

Damaged Items

Although we do our best to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition, sometimes issues may arise during the delivery process that are out of our control. If your order arrives to you damaged (which we hope never happens!), please contact us at, support@olfette.com, within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the items + packaging, and we will do our best to solve the issue. 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the buyer’s reasonability to ensure the correct delivery address is provided when the order is placed. Any packages that are deemed undeliverable, rejected or have not been claimed by the buyer will be sent back to our studio. Any incurred  expenses such as shipping fees, taxes, and duties will be the buyer’s responsibility to cover. These fees are non-refundable.
